After the latest Samsung software update my phone locked up. I handed it to a T-Mobile agent that said I'll fix it. Without saying anything and pushing buttons like a maniac handed my phone back. It was void of all programs, phone numbers, photos and the memory card was cleared.

Has this happened to you?
