I got myself a Samsung Vibrant with T-Mobile a few months back and the device had problems off and on with 3G network connections. I got myself a replacement ( a refurb) device and after a few months other problems - including connecting to Wi-Fi and Web etc. Spoke to Tech Support and then to a supervisor for a replacement. They are unwilling to send one - even within warranty period. The tech support supervisor wants me to take the battery off the phone and restart every 2/3 days as remedy. Just imagine - what solution is being offered. I have requested an email that this is the procedure that I should follow.
As I look back - Samsung got away from making Vibrants after afew months and T-Mobile is selleing all these refurb "crappy" devices on their websites. I will just kiss good-bye to the 4 month old Vibrant and use my old AT&T unlocked LG and then break my contact.
So much for T-Mobile for 'Best Customer' service + largest 4G network' when you can not get data service in major metro area. Samsung widgets lock up often on these devices and getting corporate mails - is a pipe dream. These Samsung Vibrants are plain and simple junk.
