My phone suddenly will not connect via USB. I'm using a PC with Windows 7 (64-bit system). It's always connected just fine until about 2 weeks ago and nothing changed that would have caused it! The phone will charge when it's connected to the computer, but the computer will not recognize it.
Everything is up-to-date: phone, computer, and drivers. I've tried connecting with Kies, USB Mass Storage & mounting. I've tried connecting to each of the USB ports on the computer and still nothing is working! I've even reset the phone to factory, though I hated to do it! I'm using the original cord that came with the phone. I've checked the connections and they are fine.
I just want to get the photos & videos off my phone! Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Help please!
