Soooo, I pretty much copied my entire music library onto my phone. Several gigs worth. Vast majority of music plays without a hitch, but a few songs I have won't play and pop up with a message requesting me to plug the phone into a PC and download the licenses.

However, I haven't a friggen clue how to make it that simple, without offloading all the files to my computer and running each one individually in Windows Media Player just to get it to update. That is not practical to do.. So what can I do? Any ideas, suggestions, wishful thinking?

I have the same issue.  I purchased tons of songs on itunes for my icrap.  When I switched to Android I couldn't get most of the music to play because of the licenses.  Try the Android forums and XDA forums.  They both had instructions on how to get around this. Sorry I didn't keep the links.
