Screen protectors seem to take away sensitivity of the touch screen so I recently took mine off.  Just wondering how often do Vibrants' screens get scratched by normal use.

I have seen scratch test videos and have heard that its gorilla screen is pretty durable. But those are tests, daily use might include factors that we might not be aware of.  For example: sand, light drops that hits sharp objects, etc.

Had a pda for almost four years and got tired of how bad the screen protector looked after one year.  Didn't feel like going through the hassle of applying another.  Three years without a screen protector.  When I carried it in my pocket there was nothing else in with it.  Most of the time it lived on my hip in a case.  The screen was just as clear and scratch free as the day it was new.  I will afford my Vibrant the same protection.  By the way,  I think those clip on cases that has your phone screen pointed outwards is so not right.   Wink Wink
